Outer coat is PVC coated polyester that is Ansi class 3 certified with 3M%u2122 Scotchlite%u2122 reflective striping. Outer fabric also meets ASTM F1671 for protection against bloodborne pathogen penetration. Has hide-away hood in collar. Reversible inside body warmer garment that has zip-off sleeves-one side is an ANSI class 2 vest or jacket while the reverse side is a solid color navy quilted vest or jacket.
